Terms of Service
Last updated October 19, 2026
These terms apply when you use gmcrestore.com or hire GMCRestore ("we", "us"). By requesting a review, accepting a quote or using the client portal, you agree to them.
Who we are
GMCRestore is an independent online service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Google LLC. Google Merchant Center is a Google product, and "Google" is a trademark of Google LLC.
What we do
We review the materials you share, such as the account notice, your store, its policies and your product data. We explain what may need attention and help you plan and make changes. The scope, deliverables and fee for your project are agreed in writing before work starts. We also offer website and store development as a secondary service, quoted by project.
No guarantee of outcome
Google and other platforms make their own decisions about accounts and products. We cannot promise or control a reinstatement, an approval or the timing. Our "No fix, no fee" promise is about our fee, not about the platform's decision.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate and complete information, and tell us if anything changes.
- Only share accounts, stores and materials that you own or are authorised to share.
- You make the final decisions on changes to your store and accounts.
- Never send us passwords, one-time codes or payment card details. If we need access to a Merchant Center account, you give it by inviting our email address as a user, with the lowest access level that does the job. You can remove that access at any time.
Fees and payment
You do not pay in advance. We take payment only after the work is complete.
- Merchant Center account fixes. You pay after your Merchant Center account is reactivated. "Reactivated" means the suspension on your account is lifted for the store address we worked on. If we cannot get it reactivated within 30 days of starting work, you do not pay.
- Website and store builds. You pay when the project is complete, meaning the agreed scope has been delivered and you have confirmed it. If something does not match the agreed scope, tell us before you pay and we will fix it.
- Not covered: new violations after reactivation, and information you do not share with us.
- Third-party costs such as apps, hosting, licences or platform fees are identified separately in the quote.
If you hire us through Fiverr, Fiverr's own terms and payment rules also apply to that order.
See also the Refund Policy.
Confidentiality and your materials
We treat what you share as confidential and use it only to do the work. We do not claim ownership of your store or your content. We will not publish your results or name you as a client without your written approval.
Third-party services
Our work depends on platforms and tools we do not control. We are not responsible for changes to their rules, outages or decisions.
Limits of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, our responsibility to you for any claim about our work is limited to the fee you paid for that work. If you have not paid, we have no liability beyond not charging you. We are not responsible for indirect losses such as lost sales or profits, or for a platform's decisions.
Ending the work
You or we may stop work with written notice. Fees for work already completed and delivered still apply as described above, and the "No fix, no fee" promise still applies to account fixes.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page shows the latest version. The terms in your written quote apply to your project.
Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws that apply to the service. If you have a problem, email us first at support@gmcrestore.com and we will try in good faith to settle it.
