A CLOSER LOOK
Know what the work covers before you decide.
These details explain what may be reviewed, what you can prepare, and which decisions remain with you or the platform.
01Start with the notice and the store
We look at the suspension notice alongside relevant storefront pages, product data, and business information. The review is based on materials you provide; it does not access your Merchant Center account.
- The exact message, affected destination, and products you identify
- Public business, contact, shipping, return, and checkout information
- Representative product pages and corresponding feed details
02Separate confirmed findings from open questions
Recommendations connect each observation to the material reviewed, such as a public URL, product example, or detail in the notice. If a point depends on information only you can confirm, it is called out instead of guessed. This makes it easier to decide which updates are appropriate for your business.
03What the review can include
The written scope can cover diagnosis of the materials shared, a prioritized list of observations, and practical next steps. Implementation, feed edits, copywriting, or follow-up checks are included only when they are explicitly agreed as part of the work.
- A clear list of what was reviewed and what was outside scope
- Findings grouped by the affected page, product, or information source
- A suggested order for changes and checks, without promising an outcome
04No guaranteed outcome
Google makes its own decisions about Merchant Center accounts, products, and advertising eligibility. GMCRestore is an independent service and cannot promise reinstatement or a particular review result. You remain in control of your account and submit any review request through the options available to you.
