Clear scope. No guessed prices.

Merchant Center support and website build pricing.

Common work is sold as fixed packages with the scope written down. Anything outside a package gets a written quote, confirmed with you before a project starts.

Know what the fee covers.Fees are for agreed work. If we can’t get your account reactivated, you don’t pay.

What shapes a quote

Our payment promise

No fix, no fee.

If we can’t get your Merchant Center account reactivated, you don’t pay. Google makes the decision on every account and we can’t promise how it will go, so this promise is about our fee, not about Google’s answer.

What counts as reactivated
The suspension on your Merchant Center account is lifted for the store address we worked on.
When you pay
You pay after your account is reactivated. If you paid up front and it does not happen, the fee is refunded in full.
How long we keep trying
Up to 30 days from the day we start work.
What is not covered
New violations after reactivation, or information you do not share with us.

Before work begins

Know what you are agreeing to.

A clear quote should make the scope, fee, and payment arrangement easy to understand before you decide.

01

Share the details that shape the work

Send the public store URL, a short description of the issue or project, and examples of the products or pages involved. For a website build, include the platform, required pages, features, and integrations you already know about.

02

Review the written scope and total

Confirm the included deliverables, any limits on pages or products, expected timing, revisions or follow-up, and the full service fee. Third-party subscriptions, apps, hosting, and licenses should be identified separately when applicable.

03

Agree on payment directly

Payment timing and instructions are agreed with you directly before work starts. Online card checkout is not currently offered. Keep the agreed scope, amount, and payment terms in writing for your records.
