A CLOSER LOOK
Know what the work covers before you decide.
These details explain what may be reviewed, what you can prepare, and which decisions remain with you or the platform.
01What the review can cover
Depending on the materials provided, a review may cover business identity, contact information, shipping and returns, product pages, and product data consistency.
- Whether key store information is easy for a shopper to locate
- Whether product pages and representative submitted details tell a consistent story
- Whether the selected scope includes the countries and catalog areas you care about
02How an audit is scoped
Before work begins, identify the store URL, target markets, primary concern, and any representative product examples. The agreed scope should say which pages or files are included, whether implementation is included, and what format the findings will take.
03A findings-led deliverable
You receive a prioritized list of observations and practical next steps. Findings distinguish what was visible in the pages and files reviewed from information that needs your confirmation. This is a review of the defined materials, not a certification of the whole account or store.
04No account access is assumed
The audit reviews materials you share. It does not log in to, inspect, or change a Merchant Center account.
